Privacy Policy
Last updated:
This policy explains what personal information E.N. Productions LLC (“we”, “us”) collects through ADA Audit at ada-audit.com and app.ada-audit.com, why, how long we keep it, and the choices you have.
What we collect
When you run a free check
- the web address you submit, and the address it redirects to;
- your IP address, the time, and the version of our terms you agreed to;
- the results of the check (see “What our checker reads” below);
- your email address, if you ask for the full report.
When you have an account
- your email address and the sign-in sessions you create;
- the sites you add, how you confirmed you manage them, and their check results.
When you contact us
- your name, email address, store address, preferred language and way to be contacted, and your message;
- a one-way hash of your IP address, used only to limit how often the form can be sent.
Your inquiry is also delivered to our business email inbox so we can reply.
Automatically
- Cloudflare, which hosts the Service, processes request data such as IP address and browser details to deliver and protect it, including its Turnstile bot check on the free check form.
We do not use advertising or analytics trackers, and we do not take payments through the website.
What our checker reads
The checker loads the public pages you ask us to test. Pages can contain personal information that the site shows publicly, such as a name in a review, but we do not keep page content. We keep what the accessibility rules report, such as counts by severity and by WCAG guideline, and for the deeper check, the addresses of the pages we looked at and why we chose the ones we tested. We do not log in to the site or read anything behind a login.
How we use it
- to run checks, show results, and email sign-in links and results;
- to confirm you manage a site before checking more of it;
- to enforce usage limits and prevent abuse;
- to answer your inquiries;
- to understand overall use of the Service, using counts rather than individual records.
We do not sell your personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
Who we share it with
We share personal information only with service providers that run the Service for us, under contracts that limit their use of it:
- Cloudflare — hosting, database, file storage, job queues, the checker, and bot checks;
- Resend — sending email.
We may also disclose information when the law requires it, or to protect the Service, our users or the public from fraud or abuse.
How long we keep it
| Information | Kept for |
|---|---|
| Free check results | 7 days, unless you confirm you manage the site within that time |
| Address, IP address and email of a free check not linked to an account | 30 days after the check expires; after that we keep only details that do not identify you, such as the site’s domain, platform and dates |
| Record of your agreement to our terms (email, IP address, version, time) | 4 years after it was given; each check creates a new record |
| Sign-in links | 15 minutes, or until used |
| Sign-in sessions | 30 days |
| Account, sites and their results | While your account is open; deleted when you ask us to close it |
| Inquiries | 1 year after we receive them. The copy in our business email is kept with our other business correspondence |
Deletion runs once a day, so information can remain for up to a day past these periods. A free check result stops being shown as soon as it expires.
Cookies and browser storage
- Session cookie — keeps you signed in for up to 30 days. Strictly necessary.
- Language cookie — remembers English or Japanese for up to 1 year.
- Session storage — while you look at a free check result, the browser tab keeps a key that lets only that tab open it. It is gone when the tab closes.
We do not use cookies for advertising or tracking. Because we do not track visitors across other sites, the Service works the same whether or not your browser sends a Do Not Track signal.
Your rights
Wherever you live, you can ask us to tell you what personal information we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it, and we will not treat you differently for asking. Where the California Consumer Privacy Act or a similar state law applies to us, you also have the rights that law gives you. Because we do not sell or share personal information, there is nothing to opt out of.
To make a request, email contact@enprods.com from the address you used with us. We will confirm the request comes from you before acting on it, and answer within 45 days. An authorized agent can make a request for you with your signed permission.
Security
We store sign-in links, session keys and verification codes only as hashes, and limit who can access the systems that hold your information. No system is perfectly secure; if a breach affects your information, we will tell you as the law requires.
Children
The Service is for businesses and is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect their information.
Where information is processed
We are based in the United States, and our providers may process information in the United States and other countries where they operate.
Changes
We will post changes here and update the date at the top. If a change is significant, we will say so on the site or by email.
